Diversity – also in leadership positions

Denmark has some of the world’s highest levels of employment and education for women. However, this does not mean that women are clearly represented around the Danish management corridors. In fact, only about 19 % of women hold board positions and only 14.8 % senior positions in Danish companies in 2017. Together with researchers at Copenhagen Business School and twenty Danish recruitment companies, Hudson Nordic has set out to support the development in the number of women in the management of the Danish business community.
