On behalf of GoGift, we are looking for an ambitious and upcoming sales profile to take on a new role as Global Sales Manager leading the team and business into further growth.

We are therefore looking for a high performing Global Sales Manager to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. Welcome to Team Global

Located in the creative office surroundings at Nordisk Film in Valby, you will lead a team of Key Account Managers whose sole focus is providing our customers with their gifting needs. You will be the leader of an ambitious international sales team consisting of colleagues from around the world.


Ambition and passion have made us the leading supplier of digital gifting solution in the Nordics and based on the more than 10.000 customers using our services today, we are determined to be the best gift card provider globally.



You will play an important role in


  • achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the global sales team
  • setting and tracking sales targets for your team as well as reaching your own sales goals
  • recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • identifying customer opportunities internationally
  • developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • preparing framework agreements with customers
  • resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • prepare forecast and budgets in collaboration with the rest of the management team
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts as well as preparing regular sales meetings with team


It is imperative that you have a genuine interest in the people you meet and enjoy building strong relationships. It is essential for this role that you can create and maintain a large network, as you will be both leading a team and in contract with customers daily.



What you bring


  • A minimum of 3 years experience with international sales
  • Proven experienced in leading sales teams towards ambitious goals
  • BSc/MSc in business administration, sales, or relevant field
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Analytical approach to information about potential customer that enables you identify their needs
  • Cultural understanding as you will be working with customers around the world
  • Ability to execute on tasks in a structured manner
  • A commercial approach and ability to make strategic decisions
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English both verbally and written
