Senior Group Financial Controller to LEO Pharma
A great opportunity to join a global organization, where you can contribute to the support and further development of Group Financial Reporting
If you want to use your solid experience within IFRS and Financial reporting, and if you enjoy working with continuous improvements in an international environment, then this role may be something for you.
Global Finance is in the middle of a strategy process, with the objective to move from a silo-structure to a stronger cross-functional collaboration and holistic mindset. Next to this, there is focus on changing and improving systems and processes. This affects Global Finance as a whole. In short, the transformation is intended to lead to a professional finance function that operates with high quality and business orientation.
In August 2020 it was announced that the LEO Foundation is considering sharing the ownership of LEO Pharma with other external investors. As part of Global Finance, you will play a significant role in this journey.
Development of a future external reporting set-up with high quality
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will be an important player in the coming development of a future professional external reporting set-up. You will have a senior role and be responsible for running various highly exposed and exciting projects focusing on securing high quality and preparing for a potential listing of the company. You will join a team, where the roadmap for the coming year includes interesting projects, and where you will have a say about the execution of these.
We value a performance environment with equal parts of humor and professionalism, and where everyone contributes and supports each other in reaching our goals.

On a personal level, your positive, systematic and analytical way of working ensures that you strive to find the best solution to a process or a problem. You see the big picture, and you are also able to zoom in on details when required. You have drive and are motivated by solving both complex issues and daily “hands-on” tasks with high quality.
You have a good sense of humor and a positive approach. Furthermore, you thrive in a change-oriented environment, where you take active part in establishing and optimizing processes, while at the same time delivering various tasks – sometimes with short deadlines.
It is important that you can work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks as well as run projects together with many different stakeholders.
