The position is based in Roskilde.

An EA Executive, with experience from banking, and passion for making a difference

We hope, you are curious and committed to new technologies, Cloud, and IT strategy, combined with a distinct ability to create structures, identify patterns, and define frameworks. You are excellent in stakeholder management, and with just the right amount of flexibility and conviction, when it comes to making decisions about business needs and deviations from standards. You dare to challenge traditions and seek to establish a common ground of understanding.

In your team, you can set the direction, demonstrate leadership and engage highly experienced specialists in taking ownership and keep them motivated. You consider yourself to be a role model – leading by example – and only dive deep when it is necessary to guide others. To BEC, curiosity is essential, and you will join a community of helpful, ambitious, and tech-savvy people, who love to explore and grow.

Your professional experience includes strong experience from a similar role in a large complex architectural landscape, including experience leading a team within IT architecture. You have specific experience from designing and working with EA from a corporate strategic perspective, and you have some or all of your experience from banking. Your technical foundation is strong enough to guide architecture, development, and business teams to ensure successful transformation.

With colleagues and stakeholders distributed across Denmark and Poland, you must master English and Danish at a high level both in writing and orally.
