HR Business Partner to DHI
An exciting opportunity to become part of an HR organisation in change, where the platform is being built to deliver business value-adding leadership support and people development. There is room to influence HR processes, tools and deliverables, and deep involvement in end-to-end HR.
As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for two Global Business Units that are each headed by a member of the DHI Executive Leadership Team, where commercial focus and a strong sense of purpose are central for the business’ success. You will be part of a Global HR Community across DHI and work closely together with a team of HR, Learning and Communications partners, and the HR operations team in Prague. You will report to the SVP People & Communications.
As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering tasks on a global scale that span from strategic initiatives to operational people related matters. Strategically, you will work closely with the global leadership team in each business unit, where you will ensure the people agenda in connection with e.g., development initiatives, organisational changes, and performance management. Operationally, in the beginning, you can expect to be more actively involved to ensure that the right standards for HR operational excellence are being set – and in a longer time perspective, you will primarily oversee the operational deliverables for your business units. Other tasks include:
- Coach, support, mentor, and challenge managers to deliver excellent leadership.
- Drive and support core processes such as performance management, leadership development, talent development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, etc.
- Sustain and further develop DHI as an attractive and innovative place to work for highly qualified people.
- Deliver on people strategy and take an active part in improving current HR operations, systems, processes and technology.
You will join an organisation, where HR is in demand, and where you will be invited to join discussions in the global leadership teams, where the people agenda can make a real difference. You will interact with stakeholders globally, and must thus expect some travelling, approx. 20-30 days yearly.
You demonstrate strong business acumen and have extensive experience in working with or for knowledge-based organisations with highly skilled employees. You are a confident business partner and build and maintain trust and relationships across cultures, and at all levels, from the engineer to an executive level. In your work, you are passionate and with a strong personal drive, and integrity and empathy are personal skills that you value dearly.
Professionally, you have gained a sound broad experience within HR and the HR toolbox from a role as HR Partner, and where you have supported a management team. More specifically, we are looking for:
- Master’s degree in HRM or equivalent, combined with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR.
- Background from a company with various cultures, either at a Nordic or global level.
- Experience in driving or supporting change management processes, and good project management skills.
- Used to act as a strong sparring partner for leaders at all levels.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
