As Nordic Product Manager, you will join a Nordic team of competent and dedicated colleagues. With reference to the Nordic Marketing Manager, your focus area will cover one of TTIs main brands – RYOBI®. TTI is one of the world’s largest and most innovative manufacturers and distributors of a broad assortment of outdoor tools, garden machines and hand tools/accessories, with RYOBI® as one of the leading brands. Nordic Product Manager with an eye for data and communication

As TTIs dedicated Product Manager is moving on to new challenges within TTI, the position as Product Manager within the RYOBI® outdoor tools segment is now open for a new talent. You work with the RYOBI® portfolio and participate in setting the strategic agenda for which and when the new products are launched. You take the overall responsibility for product launches within your portfolio. Furthermore, you are responsible for product specifications and providing technical knowledge about the products to the Nordic sales organisation.

Some of the key tasks are:

  • Keep track of all product details from product specification to pricing
  • Develop customised sales material for the local markets in the Nordics in close collaboration with KAM and Sales Managers
  • Coordinate Nordic price lists and act as technical sales and product support
  • Perform in-depth market intelligence and competitive analysis to understand the customers and their needs clearly
  • Ensure reporting to management and TTI’s EMEA organisation

A commercially driven team player with a strategic mindset

We are looking for a commercially driven colleague who understands the importance of communicating at a high level. You are structured and can combine the need to analyse a lot of data while making it exciting to your peers. You like to work independently as well as in a team and are interested in technology and tools. You show enthusiasm for the products, your goals, and tasks, and you think innovatively and proactively to contribute to the growth of your portfolio. You probably come with an education or background within category and/or product management and have experience in sales, marketing, or strategy roles. Furthermore, you preferably have the following:  

  • 3-5 years of experience in category or product management
  • Understanding of the retail market and experience of B2C, resellers or FMCG
  • Technical interest in and understanding of tools/outdoor tools
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and fluent in one of the Nordic languages
  • Excellent skills in Excel and the Office package
