We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in Dispense Packaging Development to join a team leading the unique and revolutionary Dispenser Draught Master Technology for ultimate customer beer experience!
A strong contributor to the global dispense packaging portfolio roadmap
In this role, you will lead global Packaging Development projects for the Dispense Portfolio from idea generation to market implementation. Beyond your projects, you will also be recommending a dispense packaging portfolio roadmap in line with business needs, supply chain requirements and towards Carlsberg’s ambitious sustainability targets. You will be in close contact with various stakeholders across functions and markets, and you can expect 20% travelling, mainly in Europe.
The role is diverse ranging from strategic portfolio planning to practical experimental development tests, actively following trends of polymer techniques and working with break-through material development, high-level negotiations with suppliers, stakeholders, and project management. Often your initiatives will end up with unique patented technology solutions. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include to:

lead dispense packaging development projects in cross-functional teams.

drive required technical development activities in collaboration with research and technical colleagues, and external suppliers.

capture intelligence in polymer materials, production and recycling techniques.

efficiently manage projects following Carlsberg’s standard processes from customer concept development, project initiation and development to implementation.

manage stakeholders across the Group, commercial teams, and external suppliers.
An experienced project manager, specialised in polymer and recycling
We are looking for an experienced project manager in packaging innovation, ideally knowledgeable in plastic designing and recycling. You have an innovative mindset, while also being structured and able to bring ideas into plans and actions. Furthermore, you can balance between diving deep in details, primarily in polymer issues, and being able to look at the big picture of project impact.
Academically, you hold a technical or engineering degree at master level, and professionally, you have strong experience in product development in the FMCG or B2B industry and in an international environment. You have experience in polymer design and/or recycling in connection with innovation projects. To some degree, you have a commercial understanding and experience in managing stakeholders across the organisation in Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement etc.
